Your data on this site
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Its only form is for asking for a setup: your answers are handled like an e-mail sent to contact@fulldo.fr (see below). Clicks to the download, the demonstration and WhatsApp are counted per day, without cookies or personal data. Its fonts are served from here: no request goes to Google or any other service.
The host keeps technical logs (IP address, pages requested, date) for server security, for the period it sets.
If you write to contact@fulldo.fr, your message is used only to answer and follow up on your request. It is kept for three years after our last exchange, then deleted.
You can ask for access to, correction or erasure of your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@fulldo.fr. You may also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
Pilgrims’ data in Qafilo
Once installed on an agency’s website, the plugin stores bookings and pilgrims’ data on that agency’s server. FullDo has no access to it and receives no data: the agency alone is responsible for that processing.
Qafilo helps the agency meet its obligations: explicit consent for sensitive data, encrypted passport numbers, automatic deletion after the trip, export and erasure on request.
Demonstration
demo.qafilo.fulldo.fr shows a fictitious agency: every name, number and booking is invented. It is reloaded every night and sends no e-mail. Please do not enter real personal data there.
